What we do with your data, and what we don't.
Short and in plain language. Version of September 2026. The Dutch version is the legally binding one.
Who we are
This website belongs to Kaimeleon BV, Schaapschuur 1 bus 5, 1790 Affligem, Belgium, company number BE 1023.987.131, hereafter restoboost. Questions about your data go to hello@restoboost.com.
What we collect
Only what you enter yourself in the "Count me in" form: your name, the name of your restaurant, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, any message you add, and your choice between the beta and the waitlist. The website keeps no other data about you.
What we use it for
To contact you about the beta or the waitlist, and to let you know when the platform opens. We do not use your data for anything else, we do not sell it and we do not pass it on to other companies for their own use. The legal basis is your request for contact: you asked us to reach you.
Where it is stored and for how long
The website and the form run on Netlify, our hosting provider. Form submissions arrive at Netlify and are forwarded to us by email. We keep your data for as long as you are on the waitlist or we are in conversation with you, and delete it at the latest 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you have become a client in the meantime; then the terms of our agreement and the data processing agreement we sign at the start apply.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics or advertising technology. The fonts are served from our own server, so opening the site sends no data to third parties. That is why we do not ask for consent through a cookie banner.
Your rights
You can always ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and have yourself removed from the waitlist. One email to hello@restoboost.com is enough; we reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can turn to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Changes
If we change this text, we update the date at the top. Major changes are announced to everyone on the waitlist.
