Restaurant management platform · now in beta

We are building the first complete system that makes your restaurant run smoother every day and earn more.

Restoboost brings your invoices, your POS and your staff data together into one honest picture and turns it into concrete actions with a euro impact. We are in beta and looking for restaurants that want to join now: risk-free, with us by your side. Prefer to wait? Join the waitlist and be the first to hear.

of invoice lines are read automatically and verified arithmetically. The rest gets a question, not a guess.

3 streams

Purchasing, sales and staff linked at restaurant level. No POS and no accounting package does that.

25 modules

From staff planning and menu engineering to purchasing and waste, in one system. No separate dashboard per problem.

The system

One data layer, four views on your profit.

Every figure on the platform opens up to the invoice line, POS receipt or timesheet it came from. The figures below are sample data.

Operational labour cost, month by month

Timesheets and payroll invoices next to POS revenue, per month and per daypart. You see in which months staffing does not shrink with revenue, and what that costs.

What the system finds
7 of 12 months

above the 30% target. Revenue drops by a quarter after summer, kitchen staffing barely moves. That gap is this restaurant's biggest lever.

Dead hours
3 pm – 5.30 pm

Between lunch and dinner service, Tuesday to Thursday, three people cover an average of four tables. The schedule proposal moves those hours into the rush.

Menu matrix

Every dish by popularity and profit per plate, in euros. Which dishes carry your menu, which deserve a different price and which are better reworked.

Bought versus sold

Per product, what you bought and what left through the POS. The difference is waste, portioning or stock, and the system tells you where to look.

Our method

One principle, for more than ten years: keep the gap between theory and reality as small as possible.

What your restaurant should be doing, against what it actually does. That only works if you see all the numbers, not a subset.

1First · week 1

Everything in view

Invoices, POS and staff come together in one overview, so theory and reality sit side by side: what a dish should cost and what you paid for it, how many hands the revenue needs and how many were there, what you bought and what you sold.

2Then · weeks 2–4

Make the gap visible

The system finds where theory and reality drift apart and turns it into actions with an amount attached. Whatever it is not sure about comes to you as a question.

3Again · every month

Close the gap

Execute, measure whether it worked, and pick the next action. Not once, but as a fixed habit.

Why restoboost

Built for the daily reality of a restaurant.

Starts from your invoices, not from a data-entry screen

You send or share what you already have. We read it, in any format, and build your suppliers, ingredients and prices from it.

Honest numbers

Every number shows where it comes from. If something cannot be computed reliably, the system says so. Better a question than a wrong number.

A person who builds with you

During the beta, someone sits next to you who gets to know your business, goes through the actions with you and answers every question from the system together with you.

Engine + expert

An engine that is right, because today a person still sits next to it.

We could have launched this as self-service software. We deliberately do not. Every audit we run in person today surfaces new suppliers, new invoice formats, new POS exports and new errors. Each one becomes a rule, a test or a check in the system.

That is how the platform gets noticeably better every month, and why there is always still someone between you and a wrong number who will recognise it.

What the engine does
  • Reads a full year of invoices, any format
  • Verifies every line arithmetically
  • Links purchasing, sales and staff
  • Computes margin per dish and per daypart
  • Ranks actions by euro impact
  • Measures the month after whether it worked
What we still do
  • Answer the system's open questions with you
  • Translate the action list to your kitchen and your team
  • Visit monthly and follow up
  • Capture every new situation in the system
Step by step this list moves to the left. That is the plan.
Where it began

The know-how behind restoboost does not come from a software company, but from a brasserie that has been open for more than ten years. There, step by step, a way of working was built: keeping the gap between theory and reality as small as possible, every month. Over the past three years that has delivered, a little more each year, roughly five times the margin of an average restaurant. That way of working is what we are now building out for other restaurants.

Questions

What owners ask us first.

Is restoboost software or guidance?

Both, and deliberately so. The engine does the reading, linking and calculating. Today we still sit next to it to answer the system's questions with you and follow up on the actions. The software share grows every month; you notice it as fewer questions and faster numbers.

What do I need to provide?

Your purchase invoices from the past year in any format, an export from your POS and your timesheets or payslips. Nothing needs to be retyped.

What does it cost?

During the beta we work with a 100% guarantee: if restoboost does not deliver results for you, you pay nothing. We will communicate post-beta pricing as soon as the platform opens.

When can I use the platform myself?

We open the platform in groups, starting with the waitlist. We only give a date once we can keep it; people on the waitlist hear first. Whoever joins today simply grows along with it.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours and is only used to analyse your business. Supplier prices are never shared by name with other restaurants. At the start we sign a data processing agreement, so it is also on paper what we do with your data and what we do not.
